OUR APPROACH TO CLIENTS ENGAGEMENTS
  1. We will maintain strict confidentiality of client information. McKenzieHR will never disclose information gathered through work performed by an employee or contractor.
  2. We will meet with clients at a time and place that is convenient for the client.
  3. We will be on time for all scheduled meetings. In the unlikely event that we are late for arriving at a scheduled meeting, the client will be notified as soon as it becomes apparent that we will not be able to meet our scheduled time frame.
  4. We will disengage our cellular telephones whenever meeting with a client.
  5. We will return telephone calls within three hours
  6. We will meet all of our deadlines. This is dependent on our clients taking the necessary time to gather required information and meet with us on a timely basis.
  7. We will conduct all of the necessary research to ensure that all of the relevant information is considered and included in the final product.
  8. We will ensure that the client will be delighted with the work we perform.
  9. We will exceed the client’s expectations.
  10. We will follow up to ensure that the client’s delight exists long after the engagement is complete.

Bob McKenzie, President

Bob McKenzie is certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and has 30 years of human resources management experience.  His background includes a wide range of hands-on HR practices including training and development, Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action Plan Development, development of compensation and incentive programs, performance management systems, recruitment, employee relations, union avoidance and labor contract negotiation.  His working experience encompasses the manufacturing, banking, financial services, transportation, government, managed care, information technology and theme park industries.

Bob has been cited in a number of Human Resources trade publications. Among them are HR.com, HR Magazine, HR Florida Review, the Jacksonville Business Journal, Vault.com, BNA and the Institute of Management and Administration.  He has been a speaker at a number of conferences as well as audio and web-based seminars.  His monthly e-newsletter entitled, The McKenzie Mailer is read by people all over the world.  Bob also facilitates a 12-week course for human resource professionals who are preparing to take the human resource certification examinations with an 80% success rate of his students who have passed the exam.    

Bob is a graduate of Rider University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce Degree and double majored in Industrial Relations and Organizational Behavior.  He currently is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and is actively involved in the Small Business Resource Network, the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce and is on the Board of Directors of the Jacksonville (FL) Beaches Habitat for Humanity.

Peggie Leitereg, SPHR, Senior HR Advisor

Peggie is a senior level HR professional with over 30 years of experience including benefits administration, recruiting, training, employee/labor relations, EEO/AA, performance management, compensation design, and organizational development.  She spent over 20 years as the Regional Human Resources Director for Amtrak responsible for the entire Eastern region.  She also worked with Special Counsel and QED

She received her bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, is certified as a facilitator in Total Quality Management and is a lifetime member of the Society of Human Resources Management.


Chuck Petruska, SPHR, Senior HR Advisor

Chuck has a wealth of overall human resource management experience gained with over 30 years of management experience in the field.  Chuck is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and is one of the best stand-up trainers in the area.  Chuck has a lifetime designation as a Senior Professional of Human Resources.


Terrie McDonald, Client Service Specialist

Terrie McDonald, Client Service SpecialistTerrie McDonald has recently joined the McKenzieHR team as of February 2010. She has over 8 years of human resource, payroll experience and is the person who will give our clients excellent customer service, take care of your payroll processing and helping in all HR aspects.
