OUR APPROACH TO CLIENTS
ENGAGEMENTS
- We will maintain strict confidentiality of
client information. McKenzieHR
will never disclose information gathered through work
performed by an employee or contractor.
- We will meet with clients at a time and place
that is convenient for the client.
- We will be on time for all scheduled meetings.
In the unlikely event that we are late for arriving at
a scheduled meeting, the client will be notified as soon
as it becomes apparent that we will not be able to meet
our scheduled time frame.
- We will disengage our cellular telephones
whenever meeting with a client.
- We will return telephone calls within three
hours
- We will meet all of our deadlines. This is
dependent on our clients taking the necessary time to
gather required information and meet with us on a timely
basis.
- We will conduct all of the necessary research
to ensure that all of the relevant information is considered
and included in the final product.
- We will ensure that the client will be delighted
with the work we perform.
- We will exceed the client’s expectations.
- We will follow up to ensure that the client’s
delight exists long after the engagement is complete.

Peggie
is a

development. She
spent
over
20 years
as the

Resources
Director
for Amtrak
responsible
for the
entire
Eastern
region. She

worked

received
her bachelor’s

Rutgers
University,
is certified
as a
facilitator
in Total
Quality
Management
and is
a lifetime
member
of the
Society
of Human
Resources
Management.
Chuck
Petruska,
SPHR,
Senior
HR
Advisor
Chuck
has a
wealth
of overall
human
resource
management
experience
gained
with
over
30 years
of management
experience
in the
field. Chuck
is a
graduate
of the
United
States
Military
Academy
at West
Point
and is
one of
the best
stand-up
trainers
in the
area. Chuck
has a

Mary Stokes, SPHR, Senior HR Advisor
Mary comes to McKenzieHR with over 25 years of generalist human resources
management experience. Most recently, Mary was the Vice President of Human
Resource with Reynolds, Smith and Hill, an architectural and engineering firm headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. She also held senior level human resources management
positions with Tree of Life in St. Augustine, the Hamilton Collection and Modis.
Mary is a native of Jacksonville and has a degree in English from the University of
North Florida.
