The job search strategy and methodology has changed considerable in the last few years. Employees leaving your company will need help in the new ways to search for jobs.  McKenzieHR professionals are available to assist your former employees in finding a new career position.

1. A McKenzieHR representative will be available at the announcement of the reduction in force at a date and time to be determined. 

2. McKenzieHR will hold a four-hour seminar on job search and follow up.  Participants will receive a three-ring binder with reference material and helpful hints to organize their job search activities. 

3. A McKenzieHR representative will meet individually with each person affected by the downsizing to prepare a customized resume. 

4. McKenzieHR will also work with each individual to develop a customized job search and interviewing strategy.

5. A representative from McKenzieHR will conduct practice interviews with each participant and critique the interviews of recommendations on improvements. 

6. Each participant will receive weekly assignments until they are able to obtain a position.  McKenzieHR will provide weekly advice and counseling to all individuals until they secure a new job.
