Affirmative Action Plans
Employers with 50 or more employees
and contracts with the federal government of $50,000 per year
or more must comply with a number of laws specifically for federal
contractors. Executive Orders 11246, 11375, 11478 and 12138, as
well as VEVRAA, the Rehabilitation Act, the McNamara-O’Hara
Service Contract Act and others, spell out what contractors must
do in order to maintain their business with the federal government.

record keeping system, develop and communicate your Affirmative
Action Plan and monitor compliance and goal attainment on an on-going
basis. In the event you are audited by the Office of Federal Contract
Compliance Programs, a McKenzieHR representative will be there
to assist you during the audit.
