Affirmative Action Plans

Employers with 50 or more employees and contracts with the federal government of $50,000 per year or more must comply with a number of laws specifically for federal contractors. Executive Orders 11246, 11375, 11478 and 12138, as well as VEVRAA, the Rehabilitation Act, the McNamara-O’Hara Service Contract Act and others, spell out what contractors must do in order to maintain their business with the federal government.
